Excellent, Thomas would not have dared to find against the litigant with all the doubt he and his wife have generated. Wyeth counted their chickens before they were hatched. Fine work on the SC for a change.
I believe that Wyeth is the pharmaceutical company that convinced Governor Perry to mandate the human papalome virus vaccine for all girls at age 12 and above. He was over-ruled by the people, thank goodness. Wyeth needs to change their steam-roller ways if they know what is good for them. Do they manufacture any drug that we cannot live without?
