Vowing to "run a campaign specifically designed to throw a wrench into [Mitt] Romney's run," openly gay GOP presidential candidate Fred Karger went on MSNBC's The Rachel Maddow Show Tuesday to discuss his latest charge against the former Massachusetts governor: that Romney committed voter fraud last year in casting a ballot for now-Senator Scott Brown.

Karger filed a complaint Monday with Massachusetts state election officials charging that Romney was no longer living in the state during the special election for the late Senator Edward M. Kennedy’s seat, Mother Jones reports. Though Romney and his wife, Ann, had purchased a $12.5 million home in La Jolla, Calif. in 2008, the current GOP presidential frontrunner had registered his voting address at the Belmont, Mass. home of his son, Tagg (the Romneys also own a home in New Hampshire).
“He clearly moved to California and was trying to, as he said, take temporary residence at his son’s house in the basement,” Karger said. “I think it really points to Mitt Romney’s character[.]”

You can have a home anywhere you like and still be a registered voter in a state you call home as long as you spend one day over half a year there and have an address. PO Box doesn't count.
This sounds like a bunch or sour grapes to me.

I would be concerned if he had stuffed the ballot boxes, but a single vote in a state where he can claim legal residence seems like someone is fishing just a little too hard.
