No wonder Rand Paul is horrified by the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964. Six months ago, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission posted a 10-page fact sheet on its Web site that should force any repugnant employer to cringe.

I do wonder why Paul would raise his concerns now. Perhaps he has always felt this way and brought it up as part of his introduction on the public stage. Or, business leaders have complained to him that Obama's EEOC has intensified the pressure while investigating complaints.
If the EEOC has thrown offending employers off balance, that's progress.

Now if only the EEOC is given the rescources necessary to enforce the rules. Oh as for Rand Pauls worst nightmare, I would say he is his own worst nightmare, particularly when he opens his mouth to speak.

Do you think he has a clue that he puts his foot in his mouth every time he opens it?

I really don't think so, which is why he keeps doing so, it's is like watching a slow motion train wreck to watch him speak.

Ridiculous. Where do individual rights come to bear?
Many are not mature enough for a discussion on individual rights vs. civil rights. They want to play the race card, when it is not race, but individual rights that is the issue.
Where does the governments right to point a gun at a businessman's head and order them around end? Because that is what law is, force. How much force are you willing to use to build your Utopia?

Quite obvious you don't understand.
Liberals cherish equality over freedom.
Conservatives cherish morality over freedom.
Libertarians cherish freedom above either.

Huh? When did equality get chosen over freedom? How can those that lie cherish morality over freedom? I don't get it. And I'm not trying to be nasty, I just don't get it. Please, can you explain in simple words what you mean, without yelling at me?
Thank you.

Wow.
Equality? Civil rights over individual rights? Affirmitive action, social justice? Rather than liberty?
And prolife over freedom? Drug war instead of freedom of choice?
