EMPOWERED 2 PROSPER YOUNG-ADULT LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE would not exist without quality workshops, presentations, and entertainment venues. We are currently accepting workshop proposals for E2P '09 which will take place October 23 – 25, 2009 at the Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD.
