This bill proposes to change the name of the medical marijuana program to "marijuana for medical use," increase the amount of marijuana and the number of marijuana plants that a patient in the program may possess, broaden the range of medical conditions which may qualify a patient for the program, and lower the registration fee for the program from $100.00 to $50.00.

Question is are they changing the amount of plants that one can have to be able to arrest them with a bigger charge? After what happened this week I am questioning everything. the bill was originally created to allow people to use medicinal marijuana and protect them but even during the online townhall meeting , the Fed's raided another clinic in SanFransisco. This after the President told them to stop .

Sounds like someone did not get the memo sent out by our new Attorney General that the feds will no longer pursue this avenue, or chose to ignore it. Who controls the DEA?

I hope Vermont fares better. I am proud that this is back in states control. It makes more sense.
